If this sounds familiar

You have been holding it together for a long time, and it is starting to cost more than it used to.

Maybe the anxiety does not switch off at the end of the day. Maybe something from years ago still sits in your body, and you have never quite had the words for it. Maybe you are good at your job, good at caring for other people, and quietly running on empty.

You do not have to arrive with it organized. Bringing it in unfinished is the work.

Individual therapy

Weekly work, at your pace.

Fifty-three-minute sessions for adults working through anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, and the transitions that rearrange a life. Relational, trauma-informed, and adapted to you rather than to a protocol.

How it works

Three steps to a first session.

01

Step one

A free fifteen-minute call

We talk about what you are looking for, answer your questions, and decide together whether the practice is a fit.

02

Step two

Scheduling and paperwork

We set your first appointment on the call. Intake forms arrive by secure link and take about ten minutes.

03

Step three

Begin

We start where you want to start, and build a plan together as we go. Nothing is fixed in advance.

Several major Michigan plans are accepted, and a limited number of sliding-scale spots are held open. Bring your carrier to the consult call and we will confirm coverage before we schedule. Rates and insurance

Couples therapy

See the pattern, not the last argument.

Work for partners who want to understand the pattern they keep landing in rather than relitigate the last argument. We slow the cycle down enough to see what each of you is protecting.
